Miles-Wye Riverkeeper

The Miles-Wye Riverkeeper leads the environmental education and advocacy programs in the Miles and Wye Rivers and Eastern Bay for ShoreRivers. The Riverkeeper often patrols the rivers for illegal pollution, monitors the water quality, and serves as a guardian of these living resources that support the rivers. ShoreRivers is an environmental non-profit organization that works to protect and restore Maryland’s Eastern Shore waterways through science-based advocacy, restoration, and education. ShoreRivers and the Riverkeepers work collaboratively with our community while maintaining an uncompromising voice for clean rivers and the living resources they support.
