About Foz do Sizandro - Mar
The Praia da Foz Sizandro, combines the beauty of a natural landscape with towering cliffs and an important dune system. With an extensive sandy beach near the mouth of the rio Sizandro is one of the main estuaries in the Lisbon area. The mouth of the rio Sizandro integrates the classified area of Natura 2000, and offers the opportunity to observe various species of birds, in a relatively small area.
