The use of the centre is free, except for the area of baths and washing of bicycles.
This infrastructure is situated in the confluence of a network of walking routes, included in the Grande Rota do Xisto, which, in the county of Pampilhosa da Serra, links the Schist villages of Fajão, Janeiro de Baixo and the Dam to the village of Pampilhosa da Serra.
