Zona Balnear da Lagoa

It is located in the Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary and deploy on a range of rocky shoals, which are a kind of coastal protection, where both are deployed what is known as natural pools.
Are three areas that this swimming pool complex includes: the area East, Central and West. In the East Area was built the building Showers and changing rooms, toilets with support and a technical area that enables the capture, filtering, processing and heating of water from two pools here deployed. One is the large pool, which is sheltered by the building of resorts, not forgetting, however, receive all the sunlight of the South and without any hindrance. This pool is 10 meters wide and 25 meters long, with four lanes and a depth varying between 90cm and 2 meters. It also has adequate water to 24 degrees and a cover in order to avoid large energy losses, which allows its use in winter.
The other pool established in this area is aimed at children. It therefore has an irregular, shallow and is located away from areas most turbulent, giving it a more entertaining character.
In the Central Area, with a cut-off coastal topography and higher, the sun beds are located. The area of solariums is coated with an anti-slip floor, made of colored concrete. In the West Area of the Complex, which has the largest and most flat surface, was installed a sundeck, a pool and a bar, in addition to building showers and toilets.
