Club Náutico de El Campello

The story of El Campello and its people is closely related to the sea. Its timber fleet (boats Larache), which beached on the beach Carrerlamar well into the twentieth century, it was considered the largest in the Mediterranean after Barbate (Cádiz). In the 90s, after a century of demands, one of the dreams of the people came true with the construction of its port comprising:

* Marina (Club Nautico Campello), dedicated to recreational boating activity, with great new facilities and accommodate more than 400 boats and 200 of Marina Seca. Throughout the whole year, it offers a calendar of events and interesting activities and has a sailing school that teaches all disciplines: sailing, rowing, ...

* Fishing port , the Brotherhood is one of the oldest in Spain, has several traditional fishing boats. Its facilities include the Lonja fish where practically all year, Monday to Friday, auction and direct retail sales of fresh fish is done.
