Dry Lagoon

Orick, California
Mis à jour par Humboldt Baykeeper

Dry Lagoon is a great place to spend the day hiking the beach and 3-mile coastal trail.  In the early 1900's Dry Lagoon was drained by early farmers and several types of crops were attempted but none proved economical. The lagoon is now dominated by wetland plants. The campground has six sites with pit toilet and no water but great access to beach.  Dogs allowed on leash.
