This sandy beach is part of McCook Point Park in East Lyme. The sand at Hole-in-the-Wall gently slopes to the beach swimming area. There are beautiful views of Long Island Sound and visitors can take in the view while walking on the trails or boardwalk.

Lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Parking for the beach is on Baptist Lane and passes are required during the summer months.
