This Atlantic Ocean beach is located at the end of Beacon Boulevard in the borough of Sea Girt Visitors to Sea Girt's beaches must display a beach badge at all times (children under 12 are free). You can purchase the badge at the Bathing Pavilion Office or at various points along the beach. The beaches are patrolled by the Sea Girt Beach Patrol from June until Labor Day. Picnics are not allowed on the beach. For your safety, mats, body boards without skegs or any other flotation device, are only permitted at certain beaches. You may use these items at Beacon beach, but no surfing is allowed here. Bath houses can be found at the Bathing Pavilion; there are also lockers located here. No dogs allowed except before March 15th and after September 30th.
