Saunders Point Beach is a small sandy beach on the Niantic River. This beach is maintained by the Oswegatchie Hills Club neighbourhood association. The area is known for its extensive trails and nature preserve maintained by the Friends of the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve and East Lyme Land Conservation Trust.
