Celebrate Swimmable Water Weekend with your local Waterkeeper July 26 - 28, 2013! Swimmable Water Weekend is a global event recognizing the important role water plays in the community. Between July 26 - 28, 2013, 200 Waterkeepers and thousands of individuals from 20 countries will take to the water to share their perspective on swimmable water. It's easy to participate! Option One: Simply use your favourite social media tool to share a photo from your closest beach and tag it #swimmablewater to show you care about clean water. Join thousands of swimmable water fans sharing their love of water on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram by following the hashtag #swimmablewater.
