About Greenwich Point

Greenwich Point Beach is located in Old Greenwich on Long Island Sound. The beach, which is part of Greenwich Point Park, is open daily from 6:00 am until sunset. In addition to swimming, visitors can use the water for boating and fishing. Those who would prefer to stay on land can enjoy jogging, walking, cycling, or just relaxing on one of the park's benches.
