Megali Ammos

"Megali Ammos" is situated a bit outside the city in the street leading to Koukounaries. You can reach this beach on foot, by car or by bus. You can enjoy the crystal clear waters and the food in its very nice taverns or the picturesque "ouzeri" (small taverns serving ouzo and snacks). If you wish, you can stay in the hotels or the hospitable hostels situated there.

There are many trees and bushes and water sports facilities on this beach. Length of the beach 500 m. and width of the beach 6-8 m.
