Água D´Alto

Agua d’ Alto’s beach is located in the beginning of Vila Franca do Campo, next to Bahia Palace’s Hotel.
It’s a large beach 560 meters long, ideal for walking and swimming, with fine sand and absolutely no dirt or seaweed.
It’s a watched beach during the summer, has a parking area, sanitary installations and a bar, with deck chairs and umbrellas.
It’s one of the most concurred Blue Flag beach in São Miguel’s island, especially during the summer.

Water temperature is about 17º C, during winter, and 22º C in the summer.
