Port Ginesta

Approximately 14 miles SW of Barcelona, Port Ginesta is a full facility marina located in Castelldefels, a tourist town notable for its wide sandy beaches. In Ginesta itself there are two lines of commercial premises catering for yachts. Included in the services are yacht brokerage and charter, chandlery, electronics, watersport equipment, etc. There is also restaurants and bars. In the shipyard, there is hardstanding for approximately 70 yachts, and an undercover hangar. Services including mechanical, painting, carpentry, GRP, sail repairs, etc. are all provided here. Approach into Ginesta is easy, and there is good protection inside. The ambience at Ginesta is that modern, well-run marina because of its popularity, though, it is advisable to book a berth before arrival. Tourist attractions include the Garraf Nature Reserve and the Novelle palace.
