Herzliya
Herzliya Marina is one of the largest marinas in the Middle East, an innovative and unique one, and it is located on the beach of Herzliya.
The Marina is operated by the Herzliya Municipal Tourism Development Ltd. Company that manages, among others, the area of the Marina and its surroundings of 500 acres - half of the complex is dedicated to anchorage for vessels, directory, maritime education buildings, a gas station, a shipyard and workshops. The second half includes publicly open areas, space for recreation, tourism and commercial use.
The Marina has around 750 vessels berths of different sizes, up to the largest yachts, 35 meters long. Currently there about 740 ships anchored in the Marina.The marina has a great Shipyard Center in Israel, marine fuel station, means for marine sports and education, and unique anchoring conditions.
There are water activities taking place in the marine: boating, sailing events and international and national flotillas. The marina is not just a center for sailing, but also a catalyst for developments in fields of: business, urbanism and tourism.
