The Achakar Beach is one of the most beautiful natural beaches of the atlantics part of Tanger Region. It's around 20 Km far than Tanger City: the north gate of Morocco. New facilities including a ramp for disabled persons are under development in order to preserve the natural aspect of this site. Lifeguards are available all the day during the whole season from 9am to 6 pm. The environmental information and education activities planed concern the awareness by the red cross team and the scouts and a " green staff" and art and sport competitions
