Phipps Run is located in Schenley Park, in Oakland, Pittsburgh PA. It's a calm and serene urban stream that meets up with Panther Hollow Run and flows into Panther Hollow Lake. From Spring to Late Summer/Early Fall, frogs and other critters can be seen along the stream.
