Praia Fluvial de Monsaraz

The Fluvial Beach of Monsaraz is located in the Nautic Center of Monsaraz, inserted
In Alqueva's Albufeira, Monsaraz parish, Reguengos de Monsaraz municipality.
Taking advantage of the several kilometers of the largest artificial lake in Europe in the
Municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz, the Municipality developed a nautical leisure center
in rural space, in the parish of Monsaraz. The Nautical Center of
Monsaraz, a center of leisure and nautical sports, consisting of bar/restaurant,
ramp of anchorage, anchorage, public bathrooms, public showers, playground, snack zone and ecological island.
With the construction of this river beach, inserted in the Nautical Center of Monsaraz, intends
the Municipality to potentiate this space, enabling it to receive
hundreds of visitors, local and floating, national and foreign.
Thus, the beach has, besides the infrastructures already included in the Nautical Center of
Monsaraz, sand area, meadow zone, shade zone,
Surveillance, access to water for the disabled,
Informative and watchtower.
