It has a large lawn area where you can sunbathe, have picnics (it has a picnic area with tables, roasters and drinking water), rent seagulls, it also has public lighting, bar, volleyball court, extreme sports, fitness and water sports, canoeing, board and jumping, etc. In addition to the natural conditions that the Cávado River offers, it has an extensive lawn with pedestrian paths as well as an interesting built heritage, including a device for raising water and irrigating the adjacent agricultural fields.
It has an amphibious, floating and submersible wheelchair and sanitary facilities adapted for users with reduced mobility.
In the months of greatest demand, there are TUB buses that run daily between Avenida Central (in Braga) and the beach, every half hour.
