Suave Mar

Suave Mar Beach is situated near the mouth of the Cávado river, about 1,500 meters from the center of Esposende city. It is a sandy beach of great extension, whose connections are of good quality and orderly parking along the Avenue and Square. The beach is surrounded by a well established system of sand dunes and protected by fences and walkways, and is part of the Natural Park of Litoral North.
This is the most popular beach on the county, especially during the months of July and August. It is served by public transport system, called "tourist train", which makes the connection between the city and the beach.
