Urban beach located on the north bank of the mouth of the Mira River, near Vila Nova de Milfontes. It is a beach with calm waters, without waves, and features a front of river characterized by an extensive but shallow sandy beach. This beach offers good accessibility also to people with reduced mobility, motor traffic zones and parking areas. It offers beach support and has lifeguard surveillance during the bathing season. For its features invites to the practice of nautical recreation activities, such as windsurfing, canoeing, pedal boats and jet ski.
