Conquest Preserve

Conquest Preserve is home to grasslands, wetlands, and a beach front facing the Chester River. Conquest Preserve is a great location for hiking, bird watching, and horseback riding. The beach has a pavilion available for rent, which is the only way to access the beach parking lot. Beachgoers who do not reserve the pavilion can still access the beach but will have to park at the trailhead parking lot and walk a mile to the beach. The beach can also be accessed by boat. There is no boat launch at this site. There are permanent bathrooms but are only accessible when the pavilion is rented. Pets are not allowed.
