Arroyo El Surgidero Sur

Este arroyo desemboca en la costa norte de La Ribera. Cercano a este arroyo se encuentra uno de los últimos humedales del lugar en el cual aún pueden observarse diversas especies de patos y otras aves migratorias. Entre los beneficios que ofrecen estos humedales están la regulación y protección de inundaciones, tormentas y huracanes, el almacenamiento de agua y la recarga de mantos acuíferos, así como la regulación del clima y el almacenamiento de carbono.
