It is a beach located in the heart of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, with a large stretch of sand surrounded by cliffs. Of great natural beauty, it is characterized by strong waves and strong winds, which leads to the formation of the "Guincho-Crismina" Dune system, located throughout its surroundings, as already mentioned for Praia Grande do Guincho. On this beach you can see the mouth of the Ribeira da Crismina.During the bathing season it is a guarded and signposted beach, with a Medical/First Aid Station.
