The Ribeira Beach in Azibo Lagoon is one the best fluvial beaches of Portugal. You can find more about it in www.azibo.org. It has been place of television programmes and one of the preferred places of known people to spend and enjoy a lovely summer day. With a big green carpet and a global overview of the place, from there you can do one of the pedestrian routes and time occupation, which makes it a good reason to spend one afternoon and return many other times. This beach is adapted to handicap people and has got much complementary recourse such as playgrounds, kindergartens, bars, boat renting, bicycles and pedal vehicles. The water temperature is normally above 24ºC to the surface. You have car parking next to the beach and all the telecommunications networks are available. During summer time it has got permanent security. In this beach you can attend some beach volleyball championships that occur during the summer. It is an excellent place to spend sunny days along all the year.
