"CANCHO DEL FRESNO BEACH" is located on the left bank of the Ruecas River in the Cancho del Fresno reservoir, in the municipality of Cañamero (Cáceres). It is next to the wonderful natural landscape of the Sierra de las Villuercas, within the Unesco Global Geopark. The distance from Madrid international airport is 278 km (about 3 hours and a half). It is a small sandy beach perfectly integrated into the environment. It has an aid station, toilets, picnic areas and parking lots. A perfect enclave to beat the heat in summer with excellent quality water.
