One of the most visited beaches in Sinemorets is Butamyata Beach. Its name comes from the Greek word Potamos (ποταμός), which means river. Later it became Potamya and finally – Butamya.
The bay is located in such a way that very often there little waves, which at the same time makes it a desirable place for surfers, who are often found here. The beach is surrounded by beautiful rocks, which no matter how many times you stare at them, you can compare them to different figures. Several hotels have been built on the left rocky coast. At the same time, in the immediate vicinity of the beach there is a small grove where you can leave your cars under the thick shade.
On the beach itself there are two establishments from which you can order refreshing soft drinks, as well as something to eat after a long and exhausting day under the rays of the summer sun. Butamyata beach offers entertainment to its tourists. Vacationers have the opportunity to ride a banana pulled by a scooter, and also to get on a jet. On part of the beach there are umbrellas and sun loungers, which can be used for an additional fee.
