Easton Point

Easton Point is a popular public boat ramp and fishing area located on the Tred Avon River in the Town of Easton in Talbot County. The majority of people who use this location are there to use the boat ramp, launch a paddle craft, or fish from the shoreline. A bulkhead surrounds the point, so there is no beach or shoreline access for an individual to enter the water. Parking is located adjacent to the shoreline but is limited. Only a few parking spots are available for vehicles who are not towing a boat or kayak trailer, and permits are required for those parking a trailer in the lot. Permits can be purchased at the nearby Easton Point Marina. Visitors will want to consider using the restroom before they arrive as no public facilities are available except for a port-o-pot.
