About Pickerel Creek
Pickerel Creek Beach is located within the Pickerel Creek Wildlife Area. An observation tower is open year-round for viewing the wetland wildlife here. White-tailed deer are frequently observed in the Wildlife Area. In addition, this area offers the best birding in Ohio.
This beach is sampled 4 times per week during the monitoring season.
