The fluvial beach of Valhelhas, bathed by the calm, fresh and clear waters of the Zêzere River, offers its visitors the beautiful sight of the natural surroundings of one of the magnificent areas of the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, the largest protected one of the country, habitat of a great variety of fauna and flora species, with a prior status of conservation.
Located on the left shore of the Zêzere River, in the region of Guarda, the fluvial beach of Valhelhas offers quality services as a camping site, a snack area, a bar, a sports field, a submerged ramp with an access to the water a lawn and natural shadows
