Jackfish Beach

Terrace Bay, Ontario

Jackfish bay beach is located on the northern shores of Laker Superior, approximately 10km from the township of Terrace Bay, Ontario. The beach is located off highway 17 and across a set of train tracks. It is relatively secluded with a tree line at the edge of the beach. The beach area is relatively large, covered in little sand with many larger cobbles perfectly rounded from the wave action of Lake Superior. It is a beautiful place to swim, the water is shallow and a beautiful blue color.
