About Armuchee Park
This remote access point to Armuchee Creek is on the back side of Armuchee Park. This site can serve as a take-out for paddlers that put-in onto Armuchee Creek from the median upstream on Martha Berry Hwy (27). This park has baseball fields, decent gravel parking, and rustic access to Armuchee Creek.

Samples are collected by trained CRBI Swim Guide staff weekly (each Thursday) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Results are analyzed and published each Friday here and at coosa.org.
A test does not meet water quality standards when a presumptive E. coli level has an EPA Beach Action Value higher than 235 MPN/100ml. At this level, EPA estimates that more than 8 out of 1000 swimmers could become ill.
