About Aldeia do Mato
The Fluvial Beach of Aldeia do Mato, is located on the left edge of the Zêzere River, in the Castelo do Bode barrage, a protected public water zone. It is next to a rural small village, Aldeia do Mato, wich belongs to Abrantes. In the beach is possible to pratice several nautic and recreation activities, such as canoeing, sailing, rowing, swimming, fishing, windsurf and hiking. The beach has many equipments to give confort to users: bar/cafeteria, swimming-pool, bungalows and bathrooms. The beach is accessible to peaple with reduced mobility.
