Technical informationThe building of Puerto de Mogán was started in 1982. It was located in Mogán village, in the SW of Gran Canaria, 45 kilometres from the airport, latitude 27º 49' N and longitude: 15º 45' W. The marina has 216 berths avaiable, with a length between 6 meters and 45 meters, on pontoons and piers. 180 berths are on pontoons and 36 on pier, drinking water, electricity and TV are available. Puerto de Mogán has an infrastructure making it easy and confortable for the user of the marina. At the same tiem it has a metereological station and radio communication on channels VHF 12 and 16.General descriptionPuerto de Mogán, located in a fishing suburb, where the small fishing boats are mixed with yachts and pleasure boats, and the village houses with one the more beautiful and harmonious urbanisation in the island, is well known as La Venecia. This urbanisation, fused with the harbour and nest to a sandy beach comprises a hotel, apartmensts of two floors, restaurants and shops in a gardening pedestrian streets. The quality of the services, the style of the surroundings and the atmosphere of the marina gives this place a touch of special class.
