The port of Cala Rajada is located on the northeast coast of the island of Mallorca and is a strategic step on the way to Menorca and to sail around Mallorca .
That Port has traditionally the basis to a small group of fisermen who used it like refuge. It is not until 1964, when the port begins its expansion with the construction of a new dam .
The basic infrastructure is constituted by a external breakwater, where the transit vessels can moor (20 berths are available), and another inner dock , shared by fishing boats and pleasure boats.
The public port of Cala Rajada manages 85 berths in total.
