The municipality of Balneário Piçarras is located on the northern coast of Santa Catarina and is part of the Costa Verde e Mar tourist region. With a 6.7km stretch of coastline, its beaches include Piçarras Beach, Ponta do Jacques Beach, Central Beach and Barra do Rio Piçarras Beach.
