Located at 10800 Collins Avenue, in North Miami Beach between Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour, Halouver has been voted one of the best beaches in Miami. A mile and a half stretch drawing international visitors and locals, it is also one of the few legal places to truly avoid any tan lines - the North end of Haulover Beach has Florida's only legal “clothing optional” stretch of beach. If you prefer more tradition beach scenes, the remainder of the beach offers concessions, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables and showers are available (and no view of the nudists on the other side.). Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, it has pristine white sand shores, open ocean surf, various shaded picnic facilities, beautifully landscaped sand dunes, and concession stands. The beach is ideal for surfing as well as swimming.
Across the street from the beach, Haulover Park has a full-service marina, tennis courts, 9-hole golf course, sundries shop and kite shops. The cost for the park is $5 per car.
