Grønnehave Beach is situated between Helsingør Nordhvn and Hotel Marielyst and are the only beach with sand and dunes in the city. The enclosed and shallow bay provides very safe bathing conditions for children with very rarely large waves and high currents. Grønnehave is a sandy beach with underlying dunes. Lifeguards are present in the bathing season.
