Exmouth Beach is a long sandy beach stretching from Orcombe point in the east to Exmouth docks in the West. It is nationally renowned as a tourist destination, and especially for its watersports. The beach has a wide range of users and is zoned appropriately with the central part having a dog ban in place during the season whilst the two ends are dog friendly.
During the season there is a designated safe swim zone, and an area where bathing is not allowed but which is heavily used by kite surfers and other watersports.
