Lifeguards are working during season from 1st of June until 31st of August, facilities for disabled people (toilet and access facilities), attended first aid. The beach is awarded with Blue Flag since 2004.
The beach belongs to Palanga Birute Park, one of the most beautiful scenary parks in Lithuania. The park covers an area of approximately 100 ha.
