Eastern Point Beach is a small, sandy beach located at the mouth of the Thames River in Groton, Connecticut. It is a great place to bring your family as there is a supervised swimming area, shallow water, and a playground. After a relaxing swim, enjoy a picnic with lunch brought from home or purchased from the beach concession stand. Parking fees are in effect; visitors must have a seasonal sticker or pay the daily parking fee.
