Proyecto Fronterizo de Educacion Ambiental AC (PFEA), through Tijuana Waterkeeper, aims to protect Tijuana’s ocean, streams, and coasts in order to create a living watershed, protected by its community. As a community-based organization, PFEA engages local people and stakeholders to make informed decisions for the people that rely on the watershed.
