The Petitcodiac Watershed Alliance (PWA Inc.) is a is a registered environmental charity in New Brunswick, Canada. PWA is an environmental science and education organization, working to restore and protect New Brunswick’s Petitcodiac and Memramcook Rivers and their tributaries. Education, communicty, and science are the three pillar of PWA’s efforts to promote watershed awareness and involve the community to help identify and address environmental problems. Monitoring water quality is an important part of the work PWA does in the region. In fact, they’ve been monitoring the Petitcodiac River Watershed for 18 years!
